Part B of Acuity AI Advisors' governance series moves from principles to practice, giving boards and executive teams three ready-to-use tools. The centrepiece is a 50-question self-assessment checklist spanning ten governance domains — from board awareness and accountability structures to data security and regulatory readiness — with a maturity scoring framework that helps organisations identify exactly where their governance gaps are before they become liabilities.
Complementing the checklist are two further resources: a four-tier AI Risk Classification Framework that helps organisations match governance intensity to real-world consequence (from low-risk internal drafting tools right through to critical-risk medical or compliance systems), and a fully drafted AI Governance Committee Charter ready to adapt and adopt. Together, these tools translate the governance framework from Part A into something boards can act on immediately — making responsible AI adoption not just a principle, but an operational reality.
