Who We Are

About Us

Independent. Senior. Conflict-Free.

A curated collective of Australia's leading AI advisors, formed to support boards and executive leadership where AI decisions carry material legal, financial, and reputational consequence.

Our Foundation

A Collective of Australia's Leading AI Advisors

  • Curated collective of senior domain experts assembled to advise boards and executives where AI decisions carry real consequences.
  • Conflict-free advisory teams matched to each engagement, combining strategic clarity with deep technical and operational insight.

Our Purpose

Acuity AI Advisors meets a growing need for credible, independent AI advisory. AI decisions are not technical decisions, but institutional. Our role is to ensure those decisions are:

  • Understandable
  • Governable
  • Defensible
  • Aligned to organisational values

Our Collective Model

Acuity AI Advisors operates as a national, curated advisory collective of senior AI advisors, academics, and practitioners. This model allows us to:

  • Assemble the right expertise for each engagement
  • Remain independent of vendors and platforms
  • Manage conflicts of interest
  • Scale insight without sacrificing judgement

Independence by Design

We do not sell software. We do not implement systems. Our sole obligation is to our clients' long-term interests. Independence is our structural principle:

  • Operate under defined governance standards
  • Declare and manage conflicts of interest
  • Are selected for seniority, credibility, and judgement

Advisory Structure

Our People

Acuity AI Advisors operates under a structured governance framework designed to support boards, executive teams, and institutional leaders in the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. Our advisory body is organised by level of experience, scope of responsibility, and degree of engagement oversight to ensure clarity, accountability, and professional standards across all client mandates.

Senior Advisors

Board & Executive-Level Advisory

Senior Advisors are established leaders with a minimum of 15 years of executive, technical, or sector-specific experience. They provide strategic counsel to boards, C-suite executives, government agencies, and institutional stakeholders on AI governance, risk management, data strategy, compliance, and technology-enabled transformation. Senior Advisors are accountable for engagement oversight, advisory integrity, and alignment with fiduciary and regulatory obligations. All client mandates are led or supervised at this level.
